Daily food safety practices include:
- Adherence to AIB standards, ISO 9001: 2008 requirements, HAACP systems, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent contamination of food-grade products
- Regular internal, external and customer based audits to confirm policies and procedures are being followed
