The perfect design is just the beginning 

We start with drawings, prototypes or specifications of our customer’s products. SolidWorks modeling software, digital scanning and material processing expertise enable our in-house designers, engineers and new product development team to explore all the possibilities. Drawings can be submitted and reviewed electronically. 

Approved designs go to rapid prototyping or one of our CNC machining centers for quick turnaround tooling.

Material advantages

Our portfolio of materials allows us the opportunity to develop the material profile that best meets the package requirements. Unlike commodity-oriented thermoformers, Tray-Pak works with virtually all materials.  Our buying leverage assures very competitive pricing, and our high-speed order entry system accelerates processing and delivery. 

NOTE: The material characteristics and properties discussed in this section are general, and for comparison purposes only. Performance can be altered through modifiers as well as the thermoforming process itself. Each application requires planning and testing to ensure the desired characteristics.

TOOLING

In-house tooling fabrication that includes Mastercam Software, CNC machining centers and experienced professionals answer our customers’ needs every day for custom tooling. Those with global operations rely on us for world-class tooling for varied production requirements around the world. If they’re in the market for a relatively standard package, we also offer access to our vast stock tooling inventory though our TPSource affiliate.
