Tray-Pak's new ISO Class 8 clean room brings cutting-edge technology to the
thermoform packaging needs of the medical device, electronics and aerospace
industries.  Our production center is designed to accommodate two state-of-the-art,
servo-driven thermoforming lines.  Each is equipped with quick-change tooling, the production and integrated process control which provides production with the flexibility
to efficiently meet volume requirements for quantities from 1000 to 10,000,000 units.

		Tray-Pak's ISO Class 8 clean room is isolated from the adjacent production plant by air-lock doors and a positive pressure system designed to prevent entry of airborne particulates as raw material is brought in.
		The environment is monitored for temperature, pressure and any signs of airborne contamination.  Highly trained employees operate the clean room.
		Touch-screen monitors and intuitive programming ensure maximum control and efficiency.
		HEPA filters generate a steady cascade of clean air over work surfaces to further minimize airborne particulate and bacteria counts.
		Nondestructive testing utilizing Hall Effect technology measures corners and tight radiuses with pinpoint accuracy.
		Finished product is packed to the customer's specifications an transferred through a material airlock to the main manufacturing plant for shipment to you.
